Application procedure for the citizens of UKRAINE

In order to apply please prepare the following application documents:

1. Copy of the passport;
2. Three recent passport size photo (3x4cm.);
3. High school/Secondary education certificate with the Transcript of Grades (list of all subjects, grades, credits and/or hours);
4. Any documents and/or information related to the applicant’s studies that may be relevant;
5. Copy of documents legalizing change of name or surname in case the documents certifying the obtained education are issued under another name and (or) surname;
