Database subscription news
Please note that from 2022 there are changes in the databases subscribed by Panevėžio kolegija/University of Applied Sciences. Starting this year, in addition to the two DBs you have previously subscribed to, we offer to search for information in four. In addition to the already familiar EBSCO and Taylor & Francis databases, this year we offer users the EBSCO eBooks platform, which includes full-text e-books on a variety of topics: social sciences, humanities, science, technology and more. The Emerald Engineering eJournlas Collection database, which includes full-text journals in engineering science, is also being subscribed this year.
From 2022 January 1 two databases have been added to the already well-known EBSCO database package: Academic Search Ultimate and Business Source Ultimate.
Academic Search Ultimate is a larger version of the Academic Search Complete database, complemented by a collection of more than 3,000 full-text journals. This multidisciplinary database contains information in the fields of social sciences, humanities, technology, natural sciences, and medical sciences, and is therefore suitable for all study programs.
Business Source Ultimate offers a selection of more than 1,400 full-text business journals featuring information in accounting, administration, banking, economics, finance, human resource management, management, marketing, and more. topics.
Benefits of Academic Search Ultimate and Business Source Ultimate:
