Representatives of Panevėžys University of Applied Sciences participated in a staff training event at the Technical University of Denmark
30 of May – 3 of June International Relations Coordinator Jovita Kaziukonytė and Head of the Practical Training Center Kęstutis Lukoševičius participated in the international Erasmus + program project no. 2020-1-TR01-KA202-093467 “POWERUP MYHOUSE: development of innovative learning and practice modules to increase the usage of renewable energies for sustainable buildings” at a short joint staff training event at the Technical University of Denmark, Kingdom of Denmark. During the training, presented lectures on the performance Collector Energy Output Calculator ScenoCalc, as well as Polysun software that allows users to effectively simulate solar thermal, photovoltaic and geothermal systems. During the training, study tours were organized to METRO THERM, the leading supplier of heating and hot water in Northern Europe. They produce hot water tanks and have developed a specific heat pump to be used with PVTs. RACELL is a pioneer in building integrated PV and PVT. The next project meeting is scheduled in Uppsala, Sweden.
