Our representatives participated in the GREEN TECH meeting

Faculty of Technological Sciences lecturer Remigijus Kaliasas and international Relations Coordinator Jovita Kaziukonytė-Levanienė participated in the international meeting of the Erasmus+ program project “GREEN TECH – creation of an innovative and intersectoral European education program to strengthen the training of technicians in the field of renewable energy” at the XABEC vocational training center in Valencia, Kingdom of Spain ( https://xabec.es/).

During the visit, Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution  representatives were introduced to the base of the XABEC vocational training center – laboratories, auditoriums, and available facilities. The activities and responsibilities of the international project were also discussed, the completed works and prepared modules were presented.

The following day, employees visited Xabec’s social partner STADLER (https://stadlerrail.com/en/),  which manufactures locomotives, and toured the training center established on their premises with laboratories designed to deepen the practical knowledge of students and employees. Later, he visited the Polytechnic University of Valencia (https://www.upv.es/), where they met with the Erasmus+ coordinators of the Faculty of Technological Sciences.
