FACULTY OF SOCIAL SCIENCES LECTURES AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MERSIN

From 30 October to 1 November, lecturers of the Faculty of Social Sciences Česlovas Bartkus, Alma Skujienė, Ana Samuilova visited the University of Mersin in the southern part of Turkey under the Erasmus+ Programme.

During the visit, the lecturers met with the Erasmus coordinator Banu and the staff of this department, the dean of the Faculty of Tourism, the coordinator of the accounting studies programme, and the lecturers of the Faculty of Economics.

Lecturers from Lithuania gave lectures to the community of the Faculty of Economics. The lectures were attended not only by students of the Faculty of Economics, but also by lecturers.  The students and lecturers were introduced to the Lithuanian tax system and economic achievements.

The Dean of the Faculty of Tourism, Professor Dr. A.Celil Čakici, invited the lecturers to a meeting with a social partner and organised a tour of the city.
