Visit of Academic Community Members to Daugavpils University

From December 2 to 5, a team from Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution visited Daugavpils University as part of the Erasmus+ program. During the visit, representatives of the Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution met with University Director Peteris Kokins, Vice-Rector Inese Kokina, university lecturers, and researchers. They also delivered lectures to students of the Preschool Education, Physiotherapy, and Smart Economy and Innovation study programs.

The Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution representatives explored the university’s study and research infrastructure, discussed opportunities for inter-institutional cooperation, and outlined new directions for partnership. The visit was significant in strengthening the academic ties between the two institutions and promoting collaboration between higher education institutions in Lithuania and Latvia.
