The Future of Learning: VR Academy

Panevėžio kolegija / State Higher Education Institution participated in the international Erasmus+ KA2 project “Digitalisation of experiential learning and WBL – Deal with Digital Work-Based Learning“. The focus of the project was on providing training opportunities for the design of Digital Work-based Learning (WBL) experiences. It is gratifying to note that our institution has been able to successfully contribute to the development of the study process in response to the current challenges, not only by participating in the project’s activities, but also by adapting the existing infrastructure to achieve the project’s objectives.

The VR Academy is revolutionizing education for computer science and biomedical students by integrating virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) into the learning process. This state-of-the-art classroom offers an interactive, immersive experience where students can apply theoretical knowledge in a visually enriched environment. Whether at study fairs or in the classroom, the VR Academy bridges theory and practice, making learning more engaging and effective.
