The National Contact Point Representatives Discuss Horizon Europe Opportunities with Panevėžys Institutions
Representatives from the National Contact Point (NCP) Group for the programme “Horizon Europe” at the Research Council of Lithuania visited Panevėžio Kolegija/State Higher Education Institution to discuss “Horizon Europe” opportunities for the institutions of Panevėžys. Irena Kuzminskienė, programme coordinator for EU Missions: Adaptation to Climate Change and A Soil Deal for Europe and Gintauta Žemaitienė, programme coordinator for Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society | EU Mission: Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities shared relevant funding opportunities in 2025, emphasizing future calls for proposals, the “Hop-on” opportunity, and the integration of social sciences and humanities into “Horizon Europe” projects. During this visit, scholars, researchers and project managers gained valuable knowledge and insights on networking, partnership building, application writing, and good practices to be fully equipped to participate in “Horizon Europe” calls this year.
