Lectures and Students Meetings at Hellenic Mediterranean University

Docent of the Faculty of Social Sciences dr. Diana Lipinskienė and International Relations Coordinator Jovita Kaziukonytė-Levanienė visited the Hellenic Mediterranean University, Crete, Greece, where three of our students are currently doing their internships: social work student Karina Kaminskaitė and business management study program students Nedas Pšitulskas and Gabrielius Ulys. Employees visited students internship places and talked with the students about the challenges and joys of Erasmus+ mobility.

Docent of the Faculty of Social Sciences dr. Diana Lipinskienė presented lectures to the students of business management field at the Mediterranean University about the factors determining the success of management: What do we need to be successful managers: management or leadership? What is the difference between management and leadership? What are the qualities of a successful manager? How does a successful manager behave? Is there a perfect management style that suits any situation? International Relations Coordinator Jovita Kaziukonytė-Levanienė introduced Lithuania and Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution. It was pleasing that the students wanted to continue the discussions after the lectures and the presentation of the institution and were grateful for engaging lectures.
