A new stage of the Erasmus+ program
Over three decades, more than 10 million people have benefited from Erasmus+, almost half of them since 2014. Erasmus+ is considered one of the most successful initiatives in the history of the European Union. Since 1987 it has expanded to cover all sectors of education: from early childhood education, schools, vocational education, higher education to non-formal education and sport.
Panevėžys University of Applied Sciences has been awarded the “ERASMUS HIGHER EDUCATION CHARTER 2021-2027”, which means that we will continue to use useful and interesting ERASMUS + mobilities, so students and employees will be able to gain knowledge and good experience in other foreign countries.
Priorities of the Programme:
o By undertaking the necessary steps to implement digital mobility management in line with the technical standards of the European Student Card Initiative.
o By promoting environmentally friendly practices in all activities related to the Programme.
o By encouraging the participation of individuals with fewer opportunities in the Programme.
o By promoting civic engagement and encouraging students and staff to get involved as active citizens before, during and after their participation in a mobility or project.
Erasmus once, Erasmus forever!
