DIGITALISATION OF EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING AND WORK-BASED LEARNING
Panevėžys University of Applied Sciences together with partners from Italy, Germany, Spain, and Hungary, implements the 2nd main action of the Erasmus+ program, “Digitalisation of Experiential Learning and WBL – Deal with Digital Work-Based Learning”, No. 2021-1-IT01-KA220-VET-000033241.
The aim of the project – is to encourage VET trainers to acquire specific competences through Digital Work – based Learning experiences.
By studying the innovative pedagogical approaches and by recollecting best practices from stakeholder community Project working group define the quality and the methodological framework for designing VET training courses.
Starting from this, Project working group will produce a list of the competences and soft skills that teachers need to implement. So, Project working group will define the Blueprint for VET trainers development of digital competences for design, deliver, evaluate and certificate blended courses. In addition, a cross-media platform to train the project’s target groups will be designed. The e-learning platform will provide the course “Deal with Digital Work – based Learning” in order to allow field testing to enrich the digital skills of VET trainers.
Finally, Project working group will set up a Toolkit for the implementation of Digital WBL in VET students learning pathways to ensure the transferability and sustainability of the project approach and results.
On September 8th took place a Zoom meeting of project partners, during which the already implemented project activities and achieved project results were discussed.
