ERASMUS+ visit at Aksaray University (Turkey)
In 2023 on May 9-12, associate professor of the Faculty of Technological Sciences dr. Vaidas Giedrim went to Aksaray University (Turkey) under the ERASMUS+ program.
During the visit, not only lectures were given on the topic “Programming for smart devices”, but also participated in the events of the International Week held there. Established contacts with colleagues from the Republic of South Africa, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Aksaray University is a relatively young institution, founded in 2006, in a rapidly expanding industrial city. For our students, it can be interesting as an Erasmus+ mobility location not only because of the wide list of study programs but also because of its convenient geographical location. Ankara, the capital of Turkey, as well as other cities – Konya, Nevsehir, Mersin – are easily accessible.
