“Teamwork and Leadership in Different Contexts”

The Faculty of Social Sciences implemented the first Erasmus+ Mixed Intensive Programme 2022-1-LT01-KA131-HED-000051656-1 “Teamwork and Leadership in Different Contexts” (3 cr.). Students, from three higher education institutions, not only listened to lectures but also had the opportunity to meet leaders in education, art, business and sport in our city. The students finished the programme with a project “Identifying differences and similarities between leadership and teamwork in different contexts”.
We are grateful to Juozas Balčikonis Gymnasium, Panevėžys City Art Gallery, Stasys Museum, Super garden, IOCO Packaging, Raimonds Sargūnas Sports Gymnasium, and Lietkabelis Basketball Club for their kindness in hosting us and for sharing their experience!
