Erasmus+ visit at Izmir Bakircay University

Consultants of Centre of Studies, Carrier & Student’s Occupation Edita Kriukaitė and Laima Astrauskienė and International Relations Coordinator Jovita Kaziukonytė-Levanienė visited Izmir Bakircay University, Turkiye, under the Erasmus+ mobility program. Izmir is a city in western Turkey, by the Izmir Bay in the Aegean Sea. With a population of three million, the city is the third largest in Türkiye. During the visit, Lithuania and Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution were introduced to the Turkish students. Students listened attentively to the presentation and asked many questions. Employees visited university laboratories, communicated with  lecturers and students in official meetings and informally. Tuğba Türkyılmaz, a former Erasmus+ student of Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution, introduced students’ favorite places in the university. Useful meetings and a rich cultural program ensured strong cooperation ties for the future.
