The following students can take part in the selection:
- All students who have completed at least one course and are planning to STUDY in 2025/2026 spring semester abroad.
- All students who have completed at least one semester are invited to participate in PRACTICES.
- GRADUATE PRACTICE Students of the final year are invited to participate.
Study mobility can last from 2 to 12 months.
Internship mobility can last from 2 to 12 months
Students, especially those who cannot participate in long-term physical mobility activities for study or practice purposes, can combine a shorter period of physical mobility with a virtual activity component (mixed short-term mobility). Students can also participate in mixed intensive programs. In the case of short-term mobility, the physical mobility must last between 5 and 30 days and be combined with a mandatory virtual activity component, thus creating favorable conditions for collaborative e-learning exchanges and collective work. At least 3 ECTS credits must be awarded for short-term mobility study activities.
Until 31 of October it is necessary to submit:
- Erasmus+application_form_2025-2026 for foreigners students;
- CV in English;
- Motivational letter in English.

Students and graduates participating in short-term physical mobility activities receive EUR 79 per day up to the 14th day of the activity and EUR 56 per day during the 15th to 30th day of the activity.
In order to increase the inclusion of students in mobility activities, the Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution has identified the following groups of students with fewer opportunities in the Erasmus+ program and the documents that must be submitted in order to receive an increased Erasmus+ grant:
1.1. students from low-income families (up to 24 years old); (documents confirming a person’s right to social allowance provided by the state);
1.2. orphans or students who have lost parental care (up to 24 years old) (certificate confirming the loss);
1.4. students with minor child(ren) under the age of 12 (child’s birth certificate);
1.5. students from large families with 3 or more children (up to 24 years old) (birth certificates);
1.6. Students working in Lithuania (working under employment contracts or self-employed for at least 20 working days) (employment contract);
1.7. students with refugee status (asylum decision);
1.8. foreign students studying in Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution (residence permit in Lithuania);
1.9. students with physical or psychological disabilities (doctor’s certificate);
1.10 students who are professional sportsmen (coach’s certificate).
In order to receive additional support, a student who belongs to a group of persons with less opportunities, when filling out the application for mobility, notes that he belongs to such a group and submits supporting documents to the application.
An additional individual grant based on a fixed amount is awarded to students with less opportunities (not applicable to graduates) participating in “Erasmus+” mobility:
- in the case of long-term mobility – 250.00 EUR per month;
- in the case of short-term mobility – 100.00 EUR (when the duration of mobility is 5-14 days); EUR 150.00 (when the duration of mobility is 15-30 days).
In accordance with the “Description of the procedure for awarding and paying the incentive, one-time, Erasmus mobility promotion and targeted scholarships of Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education ” approved by the Academic Council Resolution No. V4-4 of April 30, 2025 are paid a one-time Erasmus mobility promotion scholarship 150 Eur.
Students and recent graduates who choose an eco-friendly travel (carpooling/train/bus) receive an additional amount towards travel expenses (providing documents are required). Travel by boat is not considered an eco-friendly means of travel.
