Panevėžio kolegija Continues to Expand Its International Activities

The delegation of Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution, consisting of Dr. Jurgita Lieponienė, director of Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution, and  Kara Lina Guokė,  project manager, participated in the “Global Impact Forum and the Sunrise Summit”  held at Mälardalen University in Sweden.

During the forum, participants discussed the transformative role of higher education in the development of the regional economy, explored successful examples of collaboration between academia and industry, and presented the latest findings from international research as well as the achievements of student-led projects.

During the visit, Dr. Jurgita Lieponienė discussed opportunities for cooperation with the Sunrise Alliance, a network bringing together nine regional higher education institutions. She also met with the MD Sustainable Engineering team to explore new opportunities for strengthening academic and research collaboration through joint projects.

Participation in international networks and forums strengthens international partnerships of Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution, creates new opportunities for its community, promotes knowledge exchange, and contributes to the continuous improvement of the quality of studies and research.
