International partnerships create valuable opportunities to exchange expertise, explore new ideas, and develop collaborative initiatives
In July, Dr. Dalia Susnienė, Management Representative for Quality at Panevėžio kolegija/ State Higher Education Institution, and Dr. Simona Vaitkienė, Head of the Applied Research and Innovation Centre, visited Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University (ÇOMU), Türkiye, under the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Programme. During the visit, the representatives introduced Panevėžys College, presenting its study organisation system, applied research and experimental development (R&D) activities, and internationalisation strategy.
In turn, the ÇOMU team presented the university’s academic structure, study organisation model, research infrastructure, and ongoing strategic initiatives. The meetings focused on opportunities for student and staff mobility, the development of joint project activities, and future directions for institutional cooperation. The delegation also toured the university’s laboratories, gaining insight into ongoing research projects and the institution’s modern scientific infrastructure.
We sincerely thank the ÇOMU community for their warm hospitality and for their openness in sharing knowledge and experience.
