GUIDELINES FOR DESIGNING BLENDED VET TRAINING COURSES, WHO ARE INTERESTED IN DIGITAL VOCATIONAL TRAINING

Panevėžys University of Applied Sciences together with partners from Italy, Germany, Spain, and Hungary implements the 2nd main action of the Erasmus+ program, “Digitalisation of Experiential Learning and WBL – Deal with Digital Work-Based Learning”, No. 2021-1-IT01-KA220-VET-000033241.

The aim of the project – is to encourage VET trainers to acquire specific competences through Digital Work – based Learning experiences.

As part of the D-WBL project, project partners prepared the final release of the guidelines to help all those interested in choosing or generating good practices in Digital VET.  The guide is based on information obtained in collaboration with the project partners, using different sources and research methodologies: analysis of the existing literature; compilation of good practices; conducting a Focus Group to analyses the results obtained and go further.

Through Deal with Digital WBL project team want to develop an innovative methodological approach through virtual reality and go beyond the current training standards in e-learning methods.

The expected final result of the project – is the creation of a database, which provides training information in various (digital) formats and a set of tools for the implementation of digital work-based learning in vocational training institution
