Logistikos vadybos studijų programos studentams atsiveria Erasmus+ programos mainų pasaulis

Pasirašyta nauja tarpinstitucinio bendradarbiavimo Erasmus+ dvišalė sutartis su Turkijos Kilis 7 Aralik Universiteto Tarptautinių ryšių ir Logistikos fakultetu. Nauja sutartis atvers mainų pasaulio duris Logistikos vadybos studijų programą studijuojantiems studentams.

Kilis 7 Aralık University is located in Kilis, a beautiful Southern city of Turkey.

Kilis 7 Aralık University is a new and rapidly developing university in Southern border of Turkey and it was founded in 2007 by Turkish Government. The University has around 8,000 full time students and more than 250 academic staff. Because the university is located on the border, it has a multicultural and safe environment. The university has more than 150 international students, from Malawi to Turkmenistan, from Bulgaria to Azerbaijan, and from Tanzania to Germany. In addition to those students, we have Erasmus students from Europe. The university has currently about 50 bilateral agreements with universities of European states, from Poland to Portugal, from Latvia to Greece, and from Spain to Germany.

Our university is located in the city of Kilis where the population is around 80000. This small and lovely “college” town is famous with its delicious black grapes, pistachios, and organic olives. The town also has some historical places that attract international tourists. It is also important to say that Kilis 7 Aralık University is only 50 km away from the city of Gaziantep, one the largest cities in Turkey, and it is one of the oldest cultural centers of Southeastern Anatolia Region and the history of the city extends to 4000 B.C years and most of the civilizations were founded on the surrounding lands. The city of Gaziantep, home of Zeugma, is located between Mesopotamia and Mediterranean and is at the intersection point of the roads connecting East to South and North to West and is also located on the historic Silk Road. Gaziantep is also a center of economy in South Eastern Turkey.

Kilis 7 Aralık University acquired its Erasmus University Charter in 2009 and became the member of Erasmus Program. We also implemented ECTS program for all faculties. Our strategy is to focus on extending and improving of cooperation with foreign partners. Because Kilis 7 Aralık University moves strategically to welcome more partners in all Europe, with mutual agreements both for students and teaching staff to improve an international cooperation, we are especially interested in student mobility for Bachelor and Master’s programs and teaching staff exchange.

As Kilis 7 Aralık University, we believe that the new technologies are very important and we try to integrate them to our courses as much as possible. It is important to mention here that there are projectors, computers, and wireless Internet connection in every classroom.

The campus has a large library that has almost all books a university student needs.
