Municipal and Management Institutions
Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution has the following municipal and management institutions:
- College Council – is a collegial governing body.
- Academic Council – is the governing body of the Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution’s academic affairs. The Academic Council operates in accordance with the procedure provided for in the Statutes of Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution and the Regulations of the Academic Council.
- Director – directs, acts on behalf of and represents Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution.
- Student’s Representation – represents the interests of the students of the Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution. The representation consists of students of the faculties and the branch elected on the basis of parity.
- Works Council – represents the employees of the Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution in the employer’s decision-making process and promotes information and consultation between the two parties to the employment relationship.
Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution follows the Statute of Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania Resolution No. 1429.
