Every member of the community of Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution can become a member of the Community Trade Union – an employee, student, graduate, social partner and former employee who sympathizes with the goals and aspirations of Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution.
Joining or leaving a community union is voluntary. A person who has expressed a wish to be a member of a community trade union or to withdraw from a trade union must write a reasoned request to the trade union council, which council considers and makes a decision.
