Step 2 – Prepare the Required Documents
All candidates must meet both general and programme-specific admission criteria. Submitted documents should comply with country-specific regulations.
Documentation Checklist:
1. Valid identification document
• Non-EU applicants: Passport copy
• EU and EEA applicants: National ID card copy
Important: Your identification document must remain valid for a minimum of 2 years beyond the date of application submission.
2. Recent photograph (3×4 cm passport format)
3. Educational Documents
Certified copy of Secondary School / Bachelor’s diploma with accompanying transcript (Grade Report / Academic Record / Diploma Supplement)
4. English language competency verification (B2 level)
Mandatory for non-native English speakers who did not complete their education in English. Certificates must be current and valid (typically 2-year validity). If your studies were conducted in English, submit official verification from your educational institution.
5. Supplementary materials
• Any academically relevant documentation
• Legal documentation for name/surname changes (where applicable)
6. Application fee receipt (€100, non-refundable)

When making the payment, you MUST include the following details:
• Candidate’s name and surname
• “Application fee for studies at Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution”
• Name of the program

Technical Specifications for Documents:
• All scans must originate from original documents (copies of copies are not accepted), in full color with clear resolution
• File formats: JPEG or PDF only (photographs of documents are not acceptable)
• Multi-page documents must be consolidated into a single PDF file
• Arrange documents chronologically
• Separate documents for different institutions/qualifications
• Use descriptive file names (examples: “secondary_education”, “bachelors_degree”, “passport_copy”)
Warning: Non-compliant documents will be rejected and your application will be placed on hold.
Step 3 – Submit Online Application
All applications to Panevezio Kolegija must be submitted through our online platform. Email submissions will not be considered.

Step-by-Step Application Guide:
1. Complete the application fee payment (€100, non-refundable)
When making payment, include: candidate’s name and surname, “application fee for studies at Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution”, and name of the program. View payment details. Bank transfers typically require 2-3 business days to process.
2. Complete the online application form
Ensure all information is accurate and comprehensive. Provide a valid personal email and emergency contact details for important communications and status updates.
3. Upload required documentation
Submit all documents listed in Step 2 according to the technical specifications provided.
4. Finalize your submission
Final submission becomes available once the college receives your application fee (typically 2-3 business days). Upon submission, you certify that all information and documents provided are accurate and complete.
Step 4 – Application Review & Decision
Following submission, your application undergoes academic credentials evaluation and administrative review.
Academic Evaluation
Your academic documents undergo formal evaluation and credential recognition. Selected applicants may be required to complete additional assessments or interviews as determined by the admissions committee.
Standard processing duration: 20 business days following receipt of complete documentation, including any supplementary materials requested.
Decision Notification
Acceptance letters or rejection notifications will be sent via email to the address you provided in your application. Check your inbox regularly and ensure our emails don’t go to spam.
Step 5 – Acceptance and Enrollment
Congratulations on your acceptance! Successful candidates will receive an official Letter of Acceptance containing detailed next steps.
Required Actions:
1. Digitally sign your Study Agreement
2. Complete full tuition payment for first academic year
Important: Failure to sign the Study Agreement and complete tuition payment by the specified deadline will result in application cancellation.

Step 6 – Residence Permit (Non-EU/EFTA Only)
Non-EU/EFTA Citizens Only
Students from non-EU/EFTA countries enrolling in full-time degree programmes in Lithuania must secure a Temporary Residence Permit (TRP) via the authorized service provider VFS Global.
Timeline for Migration Process
The immigration process involves multiple steps with TRP processing requiring a minimum of 2-3 months. Factor this timeline into your application planning.
Your TRP card is manufactured at Lithuania’s Migration Department and delivered via courier to your designated VFS Global Centre, adding approximately 2-3 weeks to the overall timeline.
TRP Application Steps:
1. Finalize Study Agreement and tuition payment
Your Mediation Letter is issued only after both requirements are fulfilled.
2. Obtain your Mediation Letter
This essential document is issued to accepted students who have completed their Study Agreement and tuition payment.
3. Submit digital application via MIGRIS platform
Complete your application through Lithuania’s official Migration Department portal.
4. Process all required fees
5. Schedule VFS Global Centre appointment
Attend your scheduled appointment for biometric data submission.
Complete Timeline: Allocate 2-3 months for TRP processing with an additional 2-3 weeks for document delivery. Initiate the process well ahead of your programme start date.
Step 7 – Arrange Your Arrival to Lithuania
Plan your arrival and settle into your new home in Lithuania. We’re here to help make your transition smooth and comfortable.
Student Accommodation
Dormitory accommodation is available for all students including full-time students, and those equalizing studies. Subject to availability, additional applicants may be accommodated.
Our dormitory is located at Klaipėdos st. 31, Panevėžys, right in the city center. You can easily reach the college on foot, and bus/train stations are just 10 minutes away by public transport.
