Incoming exchange programs (Erasmus+)

In order to come to Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution, your University/Institute must have signed a bilateral agreement with us.

Application

Erasmus exchange students should apply using the online Application form

The application is open:

• Till 15th of June for the Autumn semester
• Till 15th of October for the Spring semester

Note for exchange students: the online application form must be filled in after you have been selected by your home university for the exchange program. The Nomination Letter, i.e. confirmation of your selection, has to be sent by your home university coordinator to the International Office of by e-mail (inter@panko.lt; asta.grubinskiene@panko.lt).

Course selection and Learning Agreement

After nomination by your home institution, choose courses from the catalogue for the semester of your planned mobility. Check the faculty, ECTS credits, language of instruction and any prerequisites. Discuss your choices and their recognition with the responsible academic adviser at your home institution. Send your proposed course list to the International Relations Office at Panevėžio kolegija for coordination with the relevant faculty. The final programme must be agreed by the student and both institutions in the Learning Agreement before mobility begins. Any necessary changes during mobility must be approved by all parties. • triple room, a place where three students live – 100 euros per month per person;
• triple room, a place where two students live – 130 euros per month per person;
• triple room, a place where one student lives – 200 euros per month per person;
• double room, a place where two students live – 120 euros per month per person;
• double room, a place where one student lives – 180 euros per month per person;
