Admission Process – 5 Main Steps:
Step 1:
The student must pay a non-refundable registration fee of 100 EUR and submit the required documents online
Step 2:
Panevėžio kolegija / State Higher Education Institution (PANKO) will conduct an academic recognition process for the student’s documents.
If the documents meet the requirements, PANKO will prepare the Study Agreement and an Acceptance Letter for the student.
Step 3:
The student must pay the tuition fee for the first study year in advance (the amount depends on the chosen study program).
Step 4:
After receiving the tuition fee for the first study year, PANKO will submit the Intermediary Letter for the student in the Migration Department system.
Step 5:
Once the student obtains their Temporary Residence Permit (TRP), they should contact PANKO to arrange dormitory accommodation, confirm arrival dates, and address any other questions.
Note: A student who has received a temporary residence permit in Lithuania must arrive for studies at Panevėžio kolegija / State Higher Education Institution within one month from the date of receiving the permit (exceptions may apply in exceptional cases).
More detailed admission requirements:
- Foreigners who have secondary education recognized in Lithuania according to the procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and a proficiency level in English not lower than B2 are eligible to apply to the College.
- Applicants must fill out the online registration form at https://panko.lt/en/full-time-studies-application-form-2/ and provide scanned high-resolution documents made only from original documents, including:
- A copy of the passport/personal identification document.
- A passport-sized photo (30×40 mm).
- Copies of the education document(s) (certificate, diploma) and its supplement(s) indicating at least secondary education. If the documents are issued in a language other than English, a notarized translation of the education document(s) (certificate, diploma) and its supplement(s) into Lithuanian/English must be provided.
- Document(s) certifying a change of name and/or surname if the education documents were issued under a different name and/or surname.
- A document confirming the payment of the registration fee. The registration fee for studies is 100 EUR. The registration fee is non-refundable.
- A valid certificate confirming B2 level proficiency in the English language.
- Incomplete submission of all the required documents will result in the application not being considered.
- Once the application is withdrawn, the registration fee is non-refundable.

Description of the procedure for admission of foreign citizens
Dormitory:
The Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution dormitory is located at Klaipėdos St. 31, Panevėžys, in the city center. From the dormitory, you can easily reach Panevėžio kolegija on foot (about 10 minutes), and public transport will take you to the bus and train stations.

Prices will be confirmed within few months but it may cost ~100-150 eur / per month.
Payments can only be made by bank card (in the lobby of the dormitory) or bank transfer. Please note that cash is not accepted at dormitory.
Additional dormitory information:
The rooms are designed in a „box“ style, consisting of a double room and a triple room. Each “box” shares a common WC and shower.
All rooms are equipped with beds, tables, chairs, and wardrobes.
The kitchens have gas stoves, cupboards, and tables.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the dormitory, and there is a parking lot nearby.
