    Notarised copy of the passport (for non EU citizens) or ID card (only for EU and EEA citizens). *

    DocuThe copy of the certificate that shows the proficiency level B1 in the English language, or corresponding IELTS 6.0, or TOEFL 5.50 certificates. *

    Copy of the proof of payment of the application fee (non-refundable – 120 euros). *

    Copies of the bank documents and letter of indemnity, the latter approved by the notary, certifying financial status of the parents or foster parents. *

    Documents legalizing change of name or surname or copy authorized by the notary in case the documents certifying the obtained education are issued under another name and (or) surname. *

    CV and motivation letter (until 2 pages). *

    Complete Health Certificate translated in English. *
