Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution actively participates in international activities: conducts academic exchanges of students, lecturers and staff, organizes international scientific conferences. Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution participates in international organizations activities, concludes bilateral cooperation agreements, participates in various international programs and projects.

Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution actively participates in Erasmus + program. Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution has Erasmus + agreements with more than 80 organizations. By joining the European Good Neighbourhood Initiative, the Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution works closely with educational institutions in Poland and Latvia.

Panevėžio kolegija/State Higher Education Institution was awarded the ERASMUS HIGHER EDUCATION CHARTER 2021-2027.
